Unit Schedule & Operations Tempo
This unit will eventually operate on a structured cycle-based schedule designed to maintain operational readiness while developing the next generation of operators. The unit rotates between two primary cycles — a Deployment Cycle and a Training Cycle — each running approximately three months. During the Deployment Cycle the unit follows a plan, rehearse, execute rhythm across Friday and Saturday, with mission planning and confirmation briefs on Friday and operation execution on Saturday. During the Training Cycle the Saturday slot is dedicated entirely to the candidate pipeline, running Assessment and Selection in the first half of the cycle and transitioning to the Operator Training Course in the second half as candidates progress. Fridays during the Training Cycle alternate between command administration and individual training schools, covering areas such as marksmanship, breaching, SSE, and leadership development. Team-level training occurs throughout the week at the discretion of individual Team Leaders and is separate from the unit-wide schedule. All unit-wide events begin at 1900 hours Central Standard Time. Current cycle status, upcoming event details, and any schedule changes are posted to the SITREP page and announced via Discord.
