Enlistment Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18+
  • Game Ownership: Must own a legal copy of Arma Reforger, including required DLCs.
  • System: PC Only

  • Timezone: Preferably within GMT -05:00 (CST), but open to flexible attendance.

  • Communication: Must have a working microphone.

  • Mod Familiarity: Willingness to install and maintain unit-specific mods (e.g., ACE, TFAR/ACRE).

  • Attendance: Commitment to attend weekly operations (with flexibility for real-life circumstances).

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, following orders and chain of command.

  • Maturity: Must display maturity, respect, and discipline during all unit activities.

  • Realism Mindset: Willing to role-play in accordance with the unit’s realism settings (e.g., specific ranks, military structure, tactics).

  • Training: Willingness to complete Basic Training and any other required unit-specific courses (e.g., airborne, medic, pilot).

  • Modded Operations: Familiarity with or willingness to learn key Arma 3 mods for realistic gameplay (like ACE3 and TFAR).

  • Additional Skills: Specialization in a desired role (e.g., marksman, pilot, medic) is a plus, but not required.

  • Respect for the Chain of Command: Understand and respect the unit’s leadership structure.

Please select the positions you wish to apply for. You may choose multiple options, but your final training assignment will be determined by the command staff, based on the needs and requirements of the unit.
Before submitting this form, please ensure you have joined the unit's Discord server. This will allow recruiters to match your Discord name in the unit's members list.
List any previous mil-sim units you've been part of, along with the positions you held in each. If applicable, you may also provide real-world military experience/positions, ensuring it is clearly indicated that you are referring to actual military service rather than mil-sim experience.
